1. After removing from the blacklist, the supplier provides a 7-day warranty. No refunds will be given for any status change after 7 days. If this is a concern, please do not submit.
2. No refunds will be provided for incorrect submissions (e.g., wrong carrier, incorrect IMEI, unlocked IMEI, or duplicate submissions).
3. Do not submit whitelist IMEIs. No refunds will be given for whitelist IMEI submissions.
4. The service operates 24/7 through automated processing. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, including delays caused by various external factors unless a delay extension is requested from and approved by the supplier.
5. No refunds will be provided if the device cannot be activated after unlocking due to forgotten iCloud account or password (commonly known as Apple ID) (this clause can be ignored if iCloud is not logged in).
